Sadly we will in  a litigious world, and Violet has had no medical training. However, Violet has been a freelance writer in the health niche for ten years as well as being a trained chef, and a PCOS sufferer so all the recipes have been developed by her and tried and tested.

Violet is also a university student so she has access to all the up to the minute medical research which has been painstakingly acquired from the leading research papers, medical reports and research institutions.

Whilst none of the dietary information is harmful you need to have a full medical assessment to diagnose PCOS, it is not something that you can self diagnose.
